ORDERING

You should take care in ordering the correct quantity of tiles for your project.
You should take accurate measurements of the area covered by the project and include an additional allowance for breakages and wastage during installation.
During the ordering process this website prompts you to add a percentage for wastage to your order. If you are confident that you have already included an appropriate allowance this can be set to 0%. If in any doubt you should consult your installer.
All orders are submitted as area quantities in m2. Not all tiles are packaged in 1m2 boxes hence the website calculates the number of packs required to cover the required area.
Please note that m2 quantities input on your order are rounded up to the full box quantities.
Your order is accepted by the company based on it being processed through this website, your payment details being authorized and your payment processed in full.
Your payment for the goods will constitute acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Our acceptance of your order is when you receive our Confirmation of Order email indicating that the goods have been dispatched.
You will not be able to amend your order after you have received the Confirmation of Order email.
You can subsequently cancel your order and return the goods in accordance with our returns policy.
If for any reason we have made an error in processing your Confirmation of Order we will notify you by telephone and/or email and in the event that we have already received your payment we will arrange a refund in full.

SAMPLE ORDERING

We offer completely free of charge cut tile samples, which are limited to three pieces per order.
Alternatively you can purchase a full size single tile sample at the website price plus £5 postage and packing. This also applies to our large format and special order ranges.
Sample tiles are delivered by a third party parcel courier.
We believe it is important for customers to take advantage of our sample tile offers to fully understand the textures and finishes of the products and the suitability for a specific project.
Ceramic and porcelain tile production is batch coded for shade and calibration and there can be variances between sample tiles and those supplied as an order. This company cannot accept claims once the product is installed.

RESPONSIBILITY

Customer is responsible for measurements and ordering the correct quantity of product, including any additional allowance to cover breakages and wastage during installation.
The customer should ensure that sufficient tiles are on site to complete the project prior to commencing the installation.
The company accepts no responsibility for late deliveries.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure the suitability of a product for a specific installation.
The customer should thoroughly check all goods prior to fixing as claims cannot be entertained once installed.
Variations in shade, size and tolerances are inherent in the manufacture of ceramic and porcelain tiles for which this company can accept no responsibility.
Where a product has been installed and there is a failure due to a defect not visible at the time of delivery the company will only be liable to the extent of the manufacturers guarantee.
Liability for faulty goods is limited to the replacement of the faulty items or a refund of the cost.
The company will not accept responsibility for consequential losses.
The company accepts no responsibility where tiles have been installed and suffered misuse or where the installation is defective.

PRICE OF GOODS AND PAYMENT

We take every effort to ensure that our prices are correctly stated on the website.
If an error is discovered in our prices you will be notified at the earliest opportunity with an option to re-order or cancel.
Where the correct price at the time of dispatch is lower than that displayed, we will charge you the lower amount and refund the difference.
From time to time our prices will be subject to alteration without prior notification.
Prices include Vat at the prevailing rate. Vat rates change from time to time.
Delivery charges are included where applicable.
Prices are stated in GBP.

DELIVERY

Deliveries are by a third party courier.
Tile deliveries over 30kg will be on a pallet.
Pallet deliveries are generally made on an 18 tons truck with a tail lift.
Pallet deliveries are kerbside to the nearest accessible location to the delivery address.
For reasons of Health & Safety our couriers are not insured to take goods inside a customer property.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot accept responsibility for delays beyond our control.
Hazards such as steps, obstructions, uneven surfaces and gravel drives may necessitate delivery to an alternative location.
Someone should be on site to accept your delivery, if not your tiles may be returned to the depot and you may incur an additional charge for re-delivery.
You should notify us regarding delivery constraints including limited access, parking restrictions or other hazards that may prevent delivery. Failure to do so may result in your delivery being returned to the depot and you may incur an additional delivery charge.
A smaller vehicle can in most instances be requested in advance of delivery. This may incur an additional charge.
You should check your tiles at the point of delivery and if you believe there are damages you should sign for them as damaged.
You have 48 hours to notify us in writing regarding damages or incorrect delivery.
In the case of damages we may request photographs for our insurers.
Your order becomes your responsibility at the point of delivery.

RETURN POLICY

Customer can cancel their order within 14 days of delivery.
Cancellation must be notified to the company by the customer in writing.
Returns must be received within 14 days of notice of cancellation.
Where the goods are not faulty or mis-described it is the customers responsibility to return the goods to our warehouse at 571-573 Lawmoor Street, Dixons Blazes, G5 0TY.
Returns will be checked by the company and should be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
The company reserves the right to recover the value of shortages and damages from any cancellation refund.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be made within 7 days of receipt of the returns into our warehouse.
Refunds will be made in accordance with the original payment method.

FAULTY GOODS

Faulty, damaged or mis-described goods including incorrect deliveries should be notified to the company in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
The company will arrange replacement goods or a refund.
